Required information

Before a quotation is confirmed, we may request the catalog code, organization details, research purpose, quantity, destination address and any permits or import documents required by the receiving market.

Restricted requests

We may refuse requests involving human or veterinary use, consumption, treatment, unverified recipients, prohibited destinations, incomplete documentation or any use that conflicts with applicable law.

Delivery

Shipping method, documentation, lead time and responsibility for import clearance are confirmed in writing for each approved order. The recipient is responsible for lawful receipt and handling after delivery.
